This Disclaimer applies to every website operated by Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty (“YHSGR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including YHSGR.com, ToddWalters.com, 6FigureGuarantee.com, 7FigureGuarantee.com, and GiveMeTheSystem.com, and to our webinars, emails, advertising, social media, and events. It is part of our Terms of Use.
1. Earnings and results
The results, income figures, and business outcomes we show are the past results of specific people who worked with Todd Walters and YHSGR. They are shown to illustrate what those people achieved. They are not typical, not averages, and not a promise, projection, or guarantee that you or anyone else will achieve the same or similar results. Most people who buy or join business and training programs do not fully implement them and should not expect comparable results.
Your results depend on many things outside our control, including your skill, effort, experience, business model, market, timing, the economy, and how fully you implement the system. You alone are responsible for your decisions and your results.
2. How to read our numbers
- GCI, not take-home pay. Unless we say otherwise, dollar figures in testimonials and results are gross commission income (GCI): commissions before business expenses, splits, and taxes. They are not net or take-home income.
- Guarantees are measured on net income, as defined in each participant’s signed Guarantee Agreement, so guarantee targets and testimonial figures are not comparable.
- Goals are not results. Phrases such as “on pace for,” “path to,” and “next stop” describe goals, not results already achieved.
- Scale figures about the company, such as numbers of team leaders, markets, or agents, may describe the build-out we are working toward and people we have worked with over time, not only current counts.
3. What “guaranteed” means
When we say “guaranteed,” “in writing,” “we pay the difference,” or show a certificate of guarantee, we are describing our guarantee programs. A guarantee exists only for accepted participants who sign a written Guarantee Agreement, and only on the conditions in that agreement, including full implementation of the system. Certificates shown on our sites are illustrations, not issued certificates. Read our Guarantee Terms.
4. Testimonials
Testimonials and endorsements on our sites and in our advertising come from real people describing their real experiences, shared voluntarily over Todd Walters’ more than 20 years of working with real estate leaders, and are believed to be true in substance.
For length, clarity, and design, a testimonial may be edited, condensed, or reformatted, sometimes with the help of artificial intelligence. We do not change what the person said happened or what they meant, and we do not create testimonials from people who did not give them. Where a testimonial is shown in a person’s own voice but is not word for word, it keeps the substance and meaning of what they told us.
References to earlier, third-party, or affiliated programs, brands, or companies may be left out. A testimonial, name, image, or likeness does not mean that person currently endorses, works with, or is affiliated with YHSGR or Todd Walters, unless we say so. Individual results vary and are not typical.
5. No professional advice
Everything on our sites and in our programs, webinars, and advertising is general information and education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or lending advice, and it does not create a professional relationship with you. Talk to your own qualified advisors before making business, legal, or financial decisions.
6. Real estate brokerage
Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty is a real estate brokerage. Nothing on our sites is an offer to buy or sell real property or a solicitation of anyone already under contract with another brokerage. 7. Advertising platforms
Our websites and content are not part of, affiliated with, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram), Google LLC (including Google and YouTube), or any other advertising or social media platform. FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, META, GOOGLE, and YOUTUBE are trademarks of their owners.
8. Third-party names and trademarks
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on our sites, including RE/MAX and “The Billion Dollar Agent,” belong to their owners and are used only to identify and describe. Their use does not mean those owners are affiliated with, sponsor, or endorse YHSGR or Todd Walters.
9. Accuracy
We work to keep our content accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and we may change it at any time without notice. Our content is provided “as is,” as described in our Terms of Use.
10. Updates and removal requests
If you appear on our sites and want your content corrected, credited differently, limited, or removed, or if you believe something we published is inaccurate, email legal@yhsgr.com. We will review every reasonable request promptly.
